Through the Health-U programme, Sanofi wants to support the development of innovative proposals that promote improving people's quality of life and well-being, either through direct support to patients or by supporting the work of healthcare professionals.
For this edition, the Health-U program wants to accelerate the achievement of these objectives and is looking for proposals that provide innovative, digital and/or technological tools, in fields related to:
- Improvement of people's well-being: proposals, programs or services that improve the quality of life of people through digital tools or devices that go beyond a medicine, with a focus on the categories of cough, flu, cold, digestive health, pain and nutrition.
- Management for pharmaceutical professionals: services that provide more value to the pharmacy professional, helping them to manage and promote their business; to improve the experience for its customers by creating a better shopping experience; and/or to improve communication at the point of sale.
- Knowledge Management: technological proposals that help Sanofi to capture and integrate data from various sources, through new technologies (big data, smart data, data analytics, business intelligence...) simplifying and facilitating its management, and turning it into actionable information.
We will select the most interesting projects and we will propose them to work to co-develop their projects in a Hackathon from July 10 to 11, in Barcelona. During the two days of the Hackathon, the start-up and Sanofi teams will work on validating their proposals, developing a collaboration prototype, adapting the prototype to Sanofi's needs, and defining a relationship model. At the end of the workshop, the projects will be presented and the jury will decide which is the winner of this edition of Health-U.
The winning start-up will get:
- A cash prize of €3.000.
- Recognition and visibility as “Sanofi Health-U Program Winner 2019”.
- Accompaniment and support for development with potential collaboration with Sanofi.
- In the event that the jury considers that the winning project has global potential, the team will have the opportunity to present itself at the Sanofi Incubator European forum.
