Our colleagues Ana Arroyo and Ana Peñalver, engineers from the Fundación Tecnologías Sociales - TECSOS, have joined 12 more women as protagonists of the "International Day of Women and Girls in Science" thanks to the Altran Foundation and Club Excellence in Management.
This campaign aims to promote gender equality in the STEAM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics).
The video of the campaign is included in the initiative Be TalentSTEAM, in which we participated together with Red Cross Youth in a collaborative platform for the transformation of the educational model promoted by the Altran Foundation and the Excellence in Management Club that has, among its objectives, to increase the participation of women and girls in the discipline of science and to promote their full and equitable access to the labor market in this field.
